What type of services do we offer our clients?
Assured Therapy provides long and short-term staffing for special education, covering roles such as SLPs, school psychologists, occupational and physical therapists, special education teachers, nurses, counselors, social workers, behavioral specialists, para-educators, and teachers for deaf/hard of hearing or visually impaired students in full-time, part-time, and virtual positions.
What is the process for schools to work with us?
After pre-screening and vetting, candidates are submitted to the district for interview consideration. Interviews—conducted by phone or video—help assess fit with district needs. If successful, a formal contract is sent to both parties. Depending on scheduling and approvals, hires can occur within 48 hours of submission.
What to expect for your interview?
After pre-screening with Assured Therapy, we set up a phone or video interview between the school professional and the school district. These interviews provide details about the job and the district.
How do we promote consistency?
After the selected professional arrives on-site, we maintain open lines of communication with both the district administrator and the professional. Dedicated personnel from each office are assigned to coordinate directly with field professionals. Assured Therapy assumes responsibility for providing orientation to our company and your organization, while ensuring consistent and ongoing engagement with all involved parties.
